Whereas the Board of Directors seek to
ensure that the organization and public can readily determine who and who is not a current member; acting within current policies,
guidelines and is current on issues and situations occurring within the organization:

This policy is adopted
March 27, 2010, by the Board of Directors;
*
Members are required to attend at least 6 meetings a year - not to miss two or more
regularly scheduled meetings in a row unless there are extenuating circumstances.
*
Members will be issued a numbered laminated card good for a year only.
*
Cards will be issued to
all members in good standing each January.
