I just witnessed someone dumping or abandoning animals. What can I do?

Get a vehicle tag number! Get the description of their vehicle, if possible. Use a phone or camera to get photos of the vehicle and/or people and animals, if possible. Stay with the animals and contact law enforcement and ARK immediately. Abandoning animals is a felony under Oklahoma law and can be prosecuted if there is enough evidence.
