Does ARK provide food to pet owners?  

We do not have food available for pet owners.  In fact, our foster families have to purchase most of the food for their foster animals out of their own pockets. If you are momentarily struggling and need food for a couple of days, it is possible that an ARK volunteer would loan you enough to get you through a short period.
