** If you have a litter of puppies or kittens that you need to
re-home please take responsible action by asking friends, family or coworkers if they would like one. Run an ad
in the paper or on a local radio station. If you are still unable to re-home them please give us a call and we can
try and assist you in finding them homes.
**To prevent your animals from having unwanted litters ask us about our low cost spay and
neuter programs. Whatever you do please do not dump them. It does nothing for the animals, our community
and it causes more unwanted animals, and sickness of domestic and wild animals.
**If you feel you cannot find them homes, do the humane thing and have
them put to sleep. It's a much better fate than starving to death or being hit by a car.
** If you have an animal that needs to be euthanized (put down) due to old age
or ill health and are too emotionally distraught to
take the animal to the vet please contact the ARK and we can transport your pet to the vet for you.
